We are based in Tin Can Bay, Queensland. We also offer delivery service to Rainbow Beach, Cooloola Cove and Gympie. We offer shipping Australia wide for our hampers and sugar cookies.

Sugar cookies -  For all custom orders, our minimum quantity is 12 cookies with a minimum of three per design. 

Cupcakes - Our minimum quantity is 12 (one flavour per dozen)

Unfortunately, all of our products contain gluten, dairy and egg. We would love to cater to all dietary requirements and understand the importance of this but our small business just doesn't have the equipment or space to meet these dietary requirements without risking cross-contamination.

Cookies are individually packaged in sealed food grade cellophane bags and heat sealed. They have a shelf life of up to six weeks when stored in a cool, dry place and avoid placing them in direct sunlight or the fridge. 

Of course you can! If you would like us to direct the order to somebody else, please fill in their delivery/postal details when placing an order and let us know who to address the gift to, but don't forget to leave us your contact details as all tracking updates will be sent to you.

We are a small business with two young children so our orders and delivery availability is determined around their routine. We will try our best to  accommodate delivery and will sometimes offer pickup as an alternative.

Postage for hampers/cookies will vary depending on the size/weight of your order.

It is always ideal to send through some examples that you have already found or a general idea/colour scheme around your theme. Based on what stamps/cutters we have in stock we will try our best to use what we have so ordering new stamps/cutters/fonts/decorations doesn't incur an extra fee for you.  

We can absolutely order customs stamps, themed sets or custom sprinkle blends but we require more time for shipping and this will add to your overall cost.

Salty Basket Co cannot be held responsible if you simply change your mind or don't like the final design. We try to create a design within  style for you based on supplied inspiration imagery and while every effort is made to meet customer expectations, please be aware that in case when images of cakes/desserts are supplied, that the outcome may vary from the images - either through our creative process or availability of products. 

Not liking a design will not be considered a valid reason for a return/refund. Salty Basket Co does not copy other designers work under any circumstances and we retain the right to problem solve and make minor design changes that may effect the decoration, proportion/structure or flower placement, if we determine its required for reasons including but not limited to stability, aesthetics, supply issues etc. 

Where possible, we will consult with you first on any changes required. Exact colours can be difficult to achieve with food colourings so we cannot guarantee an exact match however we will try our best when requested. If your items is part of a corporate campaign/branding suite, please supply all relevant style guidelines, collateral or colour swatches to ensure the finished product matches.

Where toppers/decorations are provided on cakes (plastic flowers, acrylic toppers, toys, handmade fondant items, fresh or faux flowers) they are strictly provided as decoration only and are not be consumed. They may contain wire/toothpicks/polystyrene which can be dangerous. Please remove these prior to slicing up your cake.
